Be Multi not multiple - The Multichannel Challenge in Marketing
Time to time, I started to forget to think about Offline Marketing as I focus mainly on Online Marketing. In fact, no longer can the offline remain separate from the online. We need to focus both and marketers called this "Multichannel Marketing". It is important to understand the integrated, customer-centric, cross-channel marketing campaigns persuade customers to act, provide greater ROI, and ultimately improve the organization's bottom line.
In this sense, better to be Multi not multiple; and think channels as weapons; think combinations; design from the top, but think people and measure it.
