 The common practice of Winners and Be one of them

I want to be a winner in business, in life and become a successful person. I hope you do too and how we can be a winner will be the basic question to ask each other. Different people will have different answers to become a winner in life but that could be too many answers to follow and put it into practical way. These answers of different people, different behaviors, different practice and different lifestyle will not match the same level to everyone. So, there must be the common practice of winners.

Couple of years ago, I worked with some minority groups who often asked me what I am going to have for lunch when I arrive to the office. Once the Manager left the office for some meeting, they started to talk about what they do not like and who is to blame for their problems though they have been working for years and their salaries are same as 2-3 years ago. They did not see the company’s sale did not improve though they have been working like other companies did. I never heard these people talk and discuss about how to increase sales and make more profits for the company. Instead, they try to keep thinking what they do not want most of the time and practice the habits of talking more about their problems and who is to blame. Here we can simply see their lives are influenced by pessimistic thinking, talking and acting.

Recently, I met a guy who is successful in consulting marketing business and keep talking about what he wants and how to get it. We met few times for coffee and he consistently shared how he focuses on reaching his goals and put it in every single hour. I never heard he says he could not reach his goals because of somebody. Instead, he keeps the mind of winner and practice the optimistic way of thinking in finding his way out. And I can see he could solve more problems and become a winner of what he has been doing.

Then, let us see! What do we think about most of the time in our life? Do we blame someone all the times? Do we always think and talk about our problems instead of finding solution? The more our life is influenced by pessimistic thinking, talking and acting, the easier to become loser in life. But once we change the optimistic way of thinking and put it into our practical life, we are just one step far away to claim as a winner.

Negative thinking will bring negative action and positive thinking will bring positive action. Our result will be based on the action we have done. And I would say the common practice of the winners is “optimism” in living life and reaching our goals.
