What would you eat for Lunch?

What would you eat for Lunch? And where you gonna have? I don't know buddy. But that's the very first and the most often question i have heard in the early morning while i was in the office. But i don't really have the answer for this if you or someone asks me. Because i don't have such a plan for my lunch right after the breakfast and just arrive to the office. Do you think it is important to discuss or plan ahead for lunch before we start any work? May be "YES" if we have special occasion or visitors but why we have to talk or ask for very often almost everyday. No staff asks such question to their Manager though.

And many Successful Managers never knew what their staff are talking bout till the end of the day and just back home :-). If those topics are helpful for the company and get higher productivity and sales, that would be great. But most of the topics behind the wall are not supportive to the company's goal or activities.

Lesson: It is better not to talk in stead of discussing or asking un-necessary topics and question which will bring less productivity in our life.
