 Male or Female voice to promote your business video

Whether to use the voice of male or female in promoting business related video becomes one of the hot questions among video marketers. Do you think such different voice will make different performance of the video and impact to the real market? I would say "Yes it is". So what to use, male or female? In my opinion, it depends of the presentation skills of the presenter itself and as long as they do a great presentation, the performance and impact into real market will be great too. But the different voice can still make a difference in getting attention of the audience which could make a better result too. Right? Some colleagues says;

Our initial thoughts were that maybe a male voice carries more authority for the sales videos, but that a female might be better for the training ones?

Look at your target segment. If it is predominantly male, a female voice might result in a slightly longer attention span. As with anything in marketing, testing would be appropriate. Experiment with different voices and run various campaigns and see which one yields better results.

What would you say? Will be much appreciated if you could share your comments.
