I have been thinking that it would be good to post How to do action plan which is quite important for any business project, school project or personal project.
Though we had learned many things about how to plan in the school, everything has gone after the class and real world is always different from what we had learned too. If you could remember well what you had learned in the class room and apply well, then congratulations!
You can search online to study or read a good text book from business guru on how to do Action Plan and every basic source will be similar. But here is a very simple way and easy to understand which i noted during one of our company's workshops.
In another meaning, it is from our practical discussion and hope it will be helpful for you too to generate some idea.
