That's normal to chat online with friends these days. From Chatting, we can learn and share things about around us and sometime, there are many useful things we gain.
Then, i start to chat with my friend, after coming back from Sunday Church, who we did not meet online for long time and no news from him. We start chatting as normal greetings, questioning about work and biz etc.
I ask "how is your work so far?", "we have to work a lot but very less profit" he reply. And i continue to ask him "I heard there is no electricity almost all the time, how?". I wonder how my friend is working with his computer task.
He reply "NOPE", ... OH.. so what? Some said there is NO electricity in the city and my friend says "NOPE". He continues by saying this "there is electricity but NOT for Citizens"....
