Let's think some samples on what or how to know our key success factors in a simple way. Basically, key success factors come from simple question that "What can i do the best to be successful?"
Sometime, it is difficult to list what can i do the best. Then, remember that you can get by doing analysis on your internal strenghts and weakness. You might list what you can do the best (1)....(2)....(3)....and so on.. based on your project or business plan. Then pick up one or two otherwise it will be too large to handle.
For example, key success factor for computer hard-ware business can be "Support after-sale". Of course, your time frame, budget and in charge person will be important to meet your key sucess factors after all.
